Challenge of the season
How to draw the line between what is right and what is wrong & that too by keeping in mind to keep everyone around happy.
You are successful? how do you define success?
How can you keep your bosses happy?
People in your team keep on making some or other excuses but you have to make them work anyhow.....how will you keep their moral high?
Working late & on weekends is required to meet deadlines....You are ready to give 200%...but how will make your people do the same......?
There are technically good & not that good people working for you....how will you plan to make things work for both the categories...?
You have a critical demo on Monday & team is scheduled to work on weekends....but on Saturday morning one guy calls up & says I can't come because of some very serious personal problems???what will you do???
Technically good guy wants to work on his own terms & conditions.....keeping guidelines on his foot and that has a negative impact on other members...how will you deal with him?????
You can not trust on technically not that good guy.....how will you get the tough job done by him in the absence of technically god guy???? your boss care less about who is working on what...he/she wants results on time.....he has given you full rights to use resources the way you want.......What will you do?????
You were a software developer early in your career...and then you moved in software testing and you have experience of leading test teams.....If you are assigned job to lead development team because you are aware of Dev responsibilities and there is a shortage of Dev leads.........You have no choice to take up this job........Your bosses expect the same as they expect from any other Dev lead......how will you handle the situation?????
Your QC task is taking a big hit...how will you take care of this....you can not get more people as the planned effort is less and this project can not afford more people...what will you do????
Your Personal life sucks......you have just come out of an unsuccessful relation......how will keep your emotions in place??????
Your life has rainfalls but not that kind what you wanted.......why the hell it is raining for you in Levis n Lee?????
